Eliza Beghé has been an assistant teacher at Boxberry in both the Green and Periwinkle Rooms since its inception in 2003.  She moved to Maine from New York City in 1994.  Eliza has been teaching yoga to adults since 2000 and welcomed the opportunity to teach at Boxberry to teach yoga to young children.  Eliza says, "It has been an immensely rewarding experience to share my love of yoga with younger students with the added benefit of refreshing the playful and inquisitive side of myself."  While not in school, Eliza enjoys taking long walks, reading, and spending time with her family.
