After a very long time, I've decided to re-establish a page on the Tube-net.  I think the first website I ever made was in 1994, for the Millville Elementary School.  There was no such thing as Google at that time, and my then-advanced raw coding in hypertext markup language now seems like a crime against humanity (or at least good taste).  Now, Google Pages has swooped in and rescued you and I from such atrocities.  Your only fear now should be from my hackneyed prose.

Borrowing from a weblog that I sporadically updated and ultimately halted some years back, 

        "First, some ground rules:

        There will be no smileys, hearts, or emoticons of any kind whatsoever.  I         declare war on them.

        There will be no 'currently listening to: whatever Top 40 song I've                      attached my identity to.'

        There will be perfect grammar and punctuation.  Punctuation goes inside         quote marks, and there is a difference between 'they're" and "their.' "

My intent is to update friends and family on my meanderings throughout the world.
