The Borzoi Club of Greater Atlanta was formed in {month} of {year}. This event took place at a meeting of exhibitors and other interested parties and held at the {show}, located in Atlanta, Georgia.

A number of concerned enthusists were appointed to form a club constitution and a set of by-laws, which were approved at a meeting held during the {show} on {month/date/year}. The club was elected to membership in the Borzoi Club of America on {date}.

The purpose of the club ...  The goal of this club is to provide a regional resource for current members and anyone who is interested in the advancement of the Borzoi breed.

The BCGA hopes to be able to host a yearly Regional Specialty Show in the not too distant future We hope to include lure coursing(ASFA/AKC), straight-racing (LGRA), and obedience events. BCGA also sponsors trophy-supported events by request from its members.

Ideally this club will be able to fulfill the Borzoi Club of America's criteria for recognition and go on to host BCOA-sanctioned specialty events.
