Embrace

Spring 2007, the south bank of the Thames River. Meeting up with some friends for a lunch and a chat. My male friend introduced me to his new girlfriend, he grabbed her and put his arms around her and she just submitted to his embrace. I love this photo of them, even if I chopped their heads off the embrace was what I wanted to capture and I think I did. I was very lucky that it was a beautiful spring day too and the light was fantastic!

Embrace yourself. If you don't how could you possibly expect anyone else to? FGR theme of the day is Hugs! Apparently January 21st is National Hug day. Hope this one counts! I started out with a totally different visual plan but apparently it is harder to get your arms around yourself than I thought. So I abandoned plan A and went with plan C. Have a great weekend!
