Asphyxia (from Greek a-, "without" and ?????? sphyxis, "heartbeat") is a condition of severely deficient supply of oxygen to the body that arises from being unable to breathe normally. An example of asphyxia is choking.

Day 98 - I used to wish I could scissor away every part of me I didn't like

But lately I feel totally comfortable in my own body, and it's bliss. I don't miss the days of self hate one bit. I love the feeling of being naked and just feeling free. Over the past couple of years I think my conception of the human body has really changed. Bodies are bodies, and they're beautiful. Whatever sense of taboo regarding nudity that I once held is gone.
