What is a Naturopath or Wellness Consultant?

A naturopath analysis’s a person’s behavior and habits, this pertains to nutrition, physical activity sleep patterns, one’s environment, as well as destructive behavior; (such as binge eating and or smoking.) We do not recommend any king of medication or drastic life changes. We are there to help a person develop healthy living patterns. It is therefore only logical that if an individual looses weight and is on medications due to type two diabetes, cholesterol or high blood pressure- we advise ALL of our clients to get re-evaluated on a much more frequent basis.

BodyPhysix will serve individuals by developing a Naturopathic total health plan. We evaluate the following factors:  core, stability, muscular symmetry, environmental analysis, nutritional habits, stress level management, and other Naturopathic factors. All this is based on a personalize time-line for each and every client, which takes into account the person’s day to day needs and goals. Theses programs are used to improve each individual’s fitness level as well as total well-being. This is done by: having a qualified Personal trainer, Pilates instructor, Yoga specialist and Naturopath at each person’s disposal, who will help guide clients meet their objectives, efficiently and safely.

In a calm and peaceful environment, you feel the release of tension that seems to follow the line of your spine, from your back to shoulders and finally up to your neck. The roll-out massage has begun. The small nodules on the roll-out help remove tension knots in a gentle and relaxing matter. Soon the tension in your back is decreased and a sense of increased circulation to your legs, back and neck is produced. The sensation is often described as floating on a cloud.

Stress relief sessions help to reduce inflammation, improve circulation and accelerate muscular recuperation, all while diminishing stress and pain.
