| The Body Physix system is different; a Certified Personal Trainer instructs, guides and motivates each client through their workout ensuring safe, effective and continual results, enhancing the general quality of health and well-being of our clients.
To accommodate all levels and types of health and fitness goal(s), we offer a wide range of exercise types such as traditional weight training, Pilates, Yoga, core, stability, flexibility, rehab and cardio vascular programs, all designed to fit each person’s training goals.Body Physix Nutritional programs are also fully personalized. As your body changes, adjustments are made to prescribed calories, micro and macro nutrients, as well as supplements utilised to suit each client’s individual goal(s) and need(s).
Body Physix will serve individuals by helping them to achieve physical, mental and emotional well being by using core, stability and weight training based programs to improve each individual’s fitness level. The most effective and proven techniques will be used to help our clients attain and maintain their goals.
