What I do?

I am capable of offering many different services related to fitness and function.


Personal Training
Using National Academy of Sports Medicine Protocol I design a fitness program based on your wants and needs.  After meeting with you for an assessment I can determine what your goals are, how to achieve those goals in a timely fashion and then what exercises are most appropriate.  
I then set up a training schedule based on a frequency that meets your schedule and budget.  
 
 
After years of experience as an athlete and a coach, I now focus on training young athletes and giving them the correct guidance and education toward proper movement and mechanics.
 
We offer many options for young athletes. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I had struggled with my weight so I really know what it takes to lose weight and what it's like to struggle with it.  I went from 273lbs down to 206lbs in 2002 and never gained the weight back. 
I have built the bulk of my career around
helping people achieve their weight loss goals.

Keep in mind that even though I help post Physical Therapy, I do not accept insurance and do not perform Physical Therapy but I can take over where Physical Therapy and insurance coverage leaves off.
