Here at BodyForm we are capable of offering many different services related to fitness and function.
Personal Training Using national Academy of Sports Medicine Protocol we design a fitness program based on your wants and needs. After meeting with you for an assessment we can determine what your goals are, how to achieve those goals in a timely fashion and then what exercises are most appropriate. We then set up a training schedule based on a frequency that meets your schedule and budget. Expect to spend $280 / month for 2 sessions per week and $385 / month for 3 sessions per week. You can adjust your billing and schedule any time.
Athletic Development
After years of experience as an athlete and a coach, I now fous on training young athletes and giving them the correct guidance and education toward proper movement and mechanics.
We offer many options for young athletes.
Weight Loss
I have struggled with my weight my entire adult life so I really know what it takes to lose weight and what it's like to struggle with it. I have built the bulk of my career around helping people and have partnered with Jake Chesney and Usana to bring you a 12 week program that will change your life forever.

Keep in mind that even though we employee Physical Therapy students and a Physical Therapy Aide, we do not accept insurance and do not perform Physical Therapy but we can take over where Physical Therapy and insurance coverage leaves off. |
