Personal Training Using National Academy of Sports Medicine Protocol I design a fitness program based on your wants and needs. After meeting with you for an assessment I can determine what your goals are, how to achieve those goals in a timely fashion and then what exercises are most appropriate. I then set up a training schedule based on a frequency that meets your schedule and budget.
After years of experience as an athlete and a coach, I now focus on training young athletes and giving them the correct guidance and education toward proper movement and mechanics.
