To sign up for classes you need to have a username and password. Get yours by going to our website and submitting your information for a free assessment. Your information will then be emailed immediately and you will be able to login and register for a class. Class DescriptionBoot Camp NOW OFFERED SATURDAY MORNING ALSO! 8AM One of the best ways ever known to get in great shape fast. This class in for all levels....you go at your own pace. 60 minutes of circuit training that varies every day! Class meets daily at 6AM, 8AM, and 9AM. No Tues. & Thurs. 6AM. 10 sessions for $200. If you come more than 7 times in a month you will want option 2. $149 per month. Credit card on file only. Come to any class you wish. $25 drop in fee for personal
training clients and $30 for non-clients. Athlete Development NOW OFFERED SATURDAY MORNING ALSO! 9AM Multi-directional speed, agility, power, strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, & Olympic lifts are all taught in this class as we vary the program each day progressing the young athletes to become better and less injury prone. You can count on this being the most complete sports training program available today! Class meets daily Monday -Friday from 4PM-5PM $99 per month. Credit card on file only. Come to any class you wish. $15 drop in fee for personal
