Training sessions are 1 hour long for High School Prep and 1.5 hours long for College Prep & Professional Athletes offered MON / TUE / WED/ THUR / FRI / SAT
Trainer will determine training days at time of registration.
Our goal is to decrease the potential for injury for our athletes while we guide them them to work harder and smarter to become a better athlete. Pre-hab components incorporated into the training are to improve the following: • Hip & Ankle stability • Shoulder Stability • Posture • Core Strength & Stability • Balance & Proprioception
