The State Thespian Festival is a highlight of each year, and represents the pinnacle of theatre competition for our students. In order to attend, students must go to both the District X One-Act and Individual Event festivals, and participate in at least one of those. Students who compete in those local-level competitions and score well may be elligible to compete at the state level. Our results at the 2009 State Festival, "Save It For The Stage", were exceptional; we hope to do even better this year. Students interested in the 2010 State Thespian Festival should visit and explore the Florida State Thespian website, www.flthespian.com. Throughout the year, District- and State-level competitions will be discussed during Drama Club meetings.
