How do you feel? Let your body move...

  • In the morning try some breathing and stretching. Maybe meditate for a while. Prepare for the day...
  • During the day try some more energetic standing and inverted postures.
  • In the evening some seated and lying down postures, breathing and relaxation. Sleep well.
  • Your body already knows how to do Yoga.
  • Do what feels right for you...
  • Get in touch with yourself a little bit more every day...
