Features

  • Saves state upon exit.
  • Facebook connected.
  • Point scoring - bonuses for quickness and difficulty of game.
  • Three levels of difficulty
  • Cheats: Optionally allow display of number of cards left in draw pile. Number will be displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen. Fewer draw cards after a deal usually means a lower chance of winning.
  • Cheats: Optionally allow rearrangment of order of cards in currently playing hand. Tap a card/location and then tap a card/location to swap spots. Try to strategize the order you think you'll need to use those cards when that hand isn't accessible. Suffers a points penalty.
  • iPhone version 3.0 has Game Center functionality, including score leaderboards and achievements.

Gameplay

  • Two standard decks of cards are used. The cards are dealt out in two rows of rank piles, with a draw pile in the center of the second row. If the dealt card rank matches the rank of the pile, an additional card is dealt to the draw pile, or three additional cards for an Ace.
  • The top card of all thirteen rank piles is playable. When you select(tap) from the draw pile, the card goes to the back of the matching rank pile, and that entire pile is available to play.
  • The goal is then to use the cards in play to build up the four foundation piles on the left from Ace to King for each suit, and to build down the four foundation piles on the right from King to Ace for each suit. Tap a face-up card and then tap a target foundation pile to move it there. You can also move cards between same-suit foundation piles if the ranks of the cards are sequential. Tap the face-down draw pile in the center of the bottom row to pick up a new rank pile to display for use.
  • The game is won when all cards have been placed in foundation piles. The game is lost when the draw pile is exhausted and there are no more eligible moves, or when you choose to begin a new game.

Options

  • New: Starts a new game, reshuffling and dealing. You will lose your previous game. It will not register as a loss for statistical purposes if you have not moved any cards to a foundation pile.
  • Undo: Will set the game back to the previous state. There is ever only one previous state available to which you can backtrack. Once you click Undo, the button will be disabled to indicate this. There is no statistical penalty for using Undo.
  • Stats: Displays statistics about your gameplay over the entire history of your install. You can reset these numbers by choosing Reset from the Stats screen.
  • Help: Displays instructions on gameplay.
  • Settings: Change settings for "cheat" rules. Shows copyright and version information.
