Lemon Rice :
1. kadugu uluthamparupu + kalla paiuru + cashew + green chilli
2. Lemon juice [for 4 need 2 full lemon] + salt + haldi in a cup
3. vanal + oil + karipatha + kalla + chilli + add perungayam + season it
4. once the kalla paiyuru change color add lemon jiuce and switch off the gass immediately
5. fry venthiyum in a vanal (dry) and make powder and add to above
cabagge Rice :
1. cabage (1/4 kg) + Small onion (chop)+ green chilli + coconut graded
2. coconut+ginger+garlic+somph+green chilli(grind it without water)
3. vanal oil + small onion (no kadugu ulutham)+season for 2 min+cabage + season it
4. masala + haldi + salt (add oil only now if required)
5. add rice
