Brethren,

     We are in a constant battle to grow as individuals, as a culture, and a brotherhood.  As we are faced with the challenges of life we must remember that we are not the first or the last to encounter this problem.  We must develop a plan of action that will help our current generation to grow, but also to set the foundations for others to follow.  When we are able to accomplish this we are better able serve not only ourselves, but our future.

     We are in the business of molding, building, and encouraging the development of leaders.  We achieve this through the recognizing our diversity as a tool for unity. 

      We are calling all Black males who see the need for unity, leadership, empowerment, and mentorship.  We are on a mission to build on the past, to understand the present, and to impact the future.
