The rates are for double occupancy. There is an increase of $10.00-$25.00 per person per night, depending on the season,with the exception that a maximum of two children under 12 stay free.
Please inquire about discounted rates when renting all four bungalows for family gatherings, retreats etc.
We may also discount for any stay 7 nights or more!
Please note that December 15- January 6, as well as easter week/spring break, the rates increase .

Deposit:Full Payment Reservation will be considered tentative and held for 3 days. Your reservation is confirmed with receipt of funds deposited in bank otherwise the reservation will be released after the 3rd day. Cancellation Policy: Low and High Season: The Payment less a 30% administrative fees is refundable with written request notice 30 days or more prior to arrival. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals*.
