HOLIDAY RATES:

CLEANING FEE:

 $150 Cleaning Fee for groups of 5-10; $100

Cleaning Fee for groups of  4 or less

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:

50% of rental fee required to confirm reservation; balance  (including cleaning fee and damage deposit)  due 20 days prior to scheduled arrival.

 
CANCELLATION
POLICY:

 
Deposit will be fully refunded if cancellation
occurs at least 15 days prior to scheduled
arrival.  Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation
occurs 0-14 days prior to scheduled arrival . 

$50 cancellation fee applicable to ALL cancelled
reservations.

 DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

A damage deposit is required and may be secured with cash, check or
a valid credit card.

Damage deposit Sept.-May:  $500

Damage deposit July-Aug.:$1,000

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
FORFEITURE:

The damage deposit
will be forfeited in its entirety, without exception,  for unapproved
late checkouts, 
unapproved guests in excess of those listed in the
rental contract, violations
of noise ordinance or burn ban regulations,  smoking inside the home, the
lighting of fireworks on or
near the operty, or
failure to complete the checkout list.
