Small Family Pack

Contains a variety of cuts totaling approximately 20 pounds* of pork.    Stock up and “shop” from your freezer-you’ll have all the great cuts of pork to make delicious meals.  Try the pork chops for grilling, roasts for hearty dinners, ground country sausage for quick savory meals.  The Small Family Pack will fit in your refrigerator’s freezer with plenty of room to spare!  Approx. $110   

Large Family Pack

Contains a variety of cuts totaling about 40 pounds* of meat.  A great variety pack with all the common cuts including more sausage and pork chops! If you have a little more space in your freezer this is a great way to stock up and “shop” from your freezer.  Approx. $210

Half hog

A ½ hog is a great way to stock up on our delicious pastured pork.  You can split the approximately 75 pounds of pork with a friend or two.  Save money while filling up your freezer.  Your meat will be custom butchered, vacuum packed, and frozen.  A full selection of pork cuts is available; your farmers help you select your tasty cuts like thick chops, boneless roasts, and sausage.  Questions? Place an order for a Family Pork Pack by:

•  mailing an order form with your deposit
  

• or email an order request and then send in your order form and deposit.  You may email us to reserve your Family Pork Pack BUT Bluebird Farm must receive your deposit within 5 business days to confirm your order.
