Our healthy, flavorful meats and vegetables are raised using techniques that improve the health of our land and contribute to a diverse ecosystem. We build the health of the soils to ensure the nutrition of our vegetables and the grass our animals eat. Bluebird Farm is located in a forested cove of Silver Creek just outside Morganton, NC. All of our meat and eggs are hormone/antibiotic-free. In addition, all of our animals are raised on pasture to ensure high quality meat and a healthy environment for the animals and ourselves. We produce pastured eggs, chickens, turkeys, lamb, and pork. Pastured animals have high quality meat that is more flavorful, low in saturated fats, and higher in essential omega 3 fatty acids than conventional meats.  A wide variety of vegetables are available depending on the season. Our vegetables are produced using organic methods (not currently certified), so you know that they are always chemical free. Join our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) project! Customers join the farm by buying a share of
the year’s harvest in advance. Then,
throughout the season, CSA members receive a weekly bounty of delicious fresh
foods. This is a great way to enjoy the bounty of a
