This site is mainly about blogging and bloggers in Cambodia. You'll find how blogging began taking off in this Southeast-Asian country, how young Cambodians embrace this Internet tool, and especially what they've got to say on the Web.

Also, Cambodia Voices hopes to provide comprehensive background information about blogging in [The Kingdom of] Cambodia.

Until now there is no exact figure of Cambodia bloggers, but this page gives a glimpse into the Cambodian blogosphere; it lists down most some of the most prominent bloggers as well as links to directories, where you can find more interesting opinion on the fly.

For starters, the blogs are generally in English, a language that's becoming more popular among the new generation than French, which is the legacy of colonial times. Yet, English is spoken and read by only a tiny fraction of the country's population, limiting usefulness of the blogs to the elite.
