I provide software business analysis, agile requirements,  and agile project management training and consulting, and training development.  

 

I have 26+ years of experience in software development as a programmer, business analyst, project manager, instructor, course developer, and consultant. I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP). I have developed and delivered workshops on agile methods, Business Analysis, and Project Management for both public classes and on-sites for corporate clients worldwide. I am a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Practitioner, and have coached project teams using agile methods, and developed training courses on agile methods. I have published and presented on the topics of agile methods, requirements engineering, knowledge engineering, and project management, and am a co-inventor on a patent for Computer-Aided Decision Making.
