Remembrances

"Also, later this week the long message will be coming to you about my memories of the parachute team. I have forgotten almost nothing as those were the absolute best years of my life".  Bob Bishop, ''79, B4

Thank you for the invitation.  David always shared special memories of his skydiving passion with me.  On one of our first dates  (here in HI) he took me out to Helemano to watch him jump.  He was so embarrassed when they landed in the pineapple field instead of near me!  I am now back in the warmth of Hawaii and don't think I can make it to NY in November.  Have fun!  Rosemary Griggs-Pickett

I will echo everyone's sentiments I am sure....the Cadet Parachute Team is what helped me get through West Point and was the foundation of lasting relationships with some great guys.  Rob Ells, '93, F4/B2

I joined the CSPC in my Yearling Year (1967), and I remained with the club until graduation in June 1970.   It was my favorite activity as a cadet., Bill Trivette (1970)
