(NYSE:PGA); President/COO of SOS Staffing Services and Inteliant
(NASDAQ:SOSS); Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing for a large
division of Ford Financial Services; President of PHH Financial
Services (NYSE:PHH); he also has held management positions at PepsiCo,
Inc.; Bank of Boston and Arthur Andersen where early on he earned his
CPA. He has structured, negotiated and closed over 35 corporate
acquisitions, and is considered an expert in Mergers & Acquisitions
and financial roll-ups. He also has extensive experience in dealing
with tax laws and tax legislation.
