Personal Mission: "to elicit excellence in those fields which lead to the further positive evolution of mankind"

1. Synthesising all things; linking all disciplines together: forming one whole.

2. Reforming: search for a better way to work

3. Revolutionary thinking

4. Finding improved ways of working

5. Daring to be different

6. Use of imagination

7. Mobilizing resources

8. Building and stabilizing

9. Coordinating & facilitating groups to produce extraordinary results

10. Trailblazing, pioneering, guiding, pathfinding, leading and bringing back the messages but above all by following the inner voice.

Mentors/ Heros:

Malcolm X, Ghandi, Robin Hood, Shanjo (Last Great Warrior), Tomme (Emerald Forest), Richard Bach, James Redfield, The Shamen, and KRS 1.

FSOL and Sasha - taking the best of everything and producing new and greater forms. (Moments of Excellence and Genius). A cutting edge, trend setting, educating method of positive change.

Goals:

Reform, revolutionise and make the world a better place.

Take the best of things and make them better in the business or political arena.

Obstacles: only limiting beliefs

Action:

Increase contacts, influence and resources

Develop stronger relationships with those whom are of similar mind.

Revolutionise

Plan:

Combine all the elements of something to combine a new whole which will be more effective than the parts alone will be and there will be no loss through competition.

Each group has a part of the truth and will support each other part to contribute it's necessary influence to the whole.

Move away from separation and structures which divide

Look for ways in which there is no either / or but just the best way forward, what works for the greatest good.

Business views:

1. Competition is unhealthy and breeds fear, scarcity, holding onto resources, lack of cooperation and inefficiency/ duplication of effort. Teamwork leads to trust, creativity and lasting benefits for all.

2. Hierarchy/Dictatorship destroys synergy and teamwork - the holistic approach which will be the best approach will not emerge. Self organisation around common goals produces the best results for all.

3. Profit Motive provides no lasting success and shows a lack of vision. Financial, emotional, physical and spiritual motives lead to satisfaction of all that is important and therefore satisfying these leads to sustainable and meaningful success

4. Importance of people. Show people that we trust, respect and care about them. Recognise people. Include them. Encourage them. Train them. Ask their opinions. Praise them. Let them make decisions. Share the glory with them. Seek their advice and follow it when you can. Make them understand how valued they are. Encourage them to take risks. Give them the freedom to work as they see fit, and convey your belief in their abilities by getting out of the way. Successes need to be rewarded, praised and celebrated. Failures need to be handled gingerly.

Political views:

1. Separation. There are no separate nations; we are a world united. We are a race of human beings; our ways of organising and representing ourselves may vary but essentially we are all equal and the same.

2. Government. Nothing short of self government shall bring the resolution to our problems. No one elite group of people can represent the whole truth and should not be responsible for all of humanity's problems. We are all responsible and must each accept a part in the solution.

3. Money. When we reach a consensus that indeed there is more than enough to go around money will eventually disappear. There will be no need for a means of exchange. We shall all simply go about our business getting what we need and giving as much as we can. We will have no fear in giving because we realise there is more than enough to go around. Freed from the need to 'work for money' (or do anything for money) people will do what their heart desires which will result in endless creativity and invention in all fields of endeavour.
