local Chicken:
half of a Pike Valley Farms Natural Chicken-
braised in fresh herb and light cream broth,  with housemade potato gnocci
and sauteed baby spinach $26

Opened in 1998, Bistro La Belle led the way in bringing fine dining to historic Midway, Kentucky. Located at 121 East Main Street, Bistro La Belle serves dinner Wednesday through Saturday from 5:30 till 9:00. Currently in the 12th year of operation, it continues to attract diners from all across the Commonwealth. 
Chef Dewayne Hoskins offers nightly specials featuring fresh seafood and locally produced ingredients, along with long-time Bistro favorites such as Low Country Shrimp and Grits, and the Iron Skillet Steak.  Mixologist Walt Mates heightens the interest of cocktail lovers with his wide variety of "handcrafted " cocktails. 
Proprietor Laura Wolfrom is on hand to ensure that your food and drink experience at Bistro La Belle is always as it should be. 
Original Art featured in the Gallery Bar is a result of a partnership with "Gallery B" in Lexington.

Sauteed Alaskan Halibut, topped with lump crabmeat and goat cheese hollandaise.

Served with pistachio herbed rice and fresh asparagus.  $30

Iron Skillet Filet:
Cast Iron seared Beef Tenderloin, with a mushroom demiglace,

lobster mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus. $32
