As a mother of three daughters, I understand the challenges of getting back into shape after childbirth and time off from exercise.   I will design exercise routines to fit your lifestyle whether it be in your home or at the gym.  We will work together to get you motivated, establish an exercise and healthy eating plan you can maintain and  keep your exercise routines fresh and flexible.
