Protalix’s innovative product pipeline includes multiple  proprietary therapeutic protein candidates, several of which are about to initiate clinical studies or are under preclinical studies. Technology

ProCellEx™ is Protalix’s proprietary production system that was developed based on our plant cell culture technology for the development and manufacturing of recombinant proteins. The Protalix expression system consists of a comprehensive set of capabilities and proprietary technologies, including advanced genetic engineering and plant cell culture technology, which enables the production of complex, proprietary and biologically equivalent proteins for the treatment of a variety of human diseases. Proof of concept for the technology has been shown for several protein types including enzymes, hormones, fusion protein antibodies and vaccines. Protalix is seeking collaboration in these fields.
