To complete 1.0 health credits, you must complete all six units. Browse through the websites provided under the "resource" section for each unit.  Then complete all of the assignments in that unit's assignment folder.  If you only only need 0.5 credits, then you must complete the following:

To make up or replace a credit from the 2008-2009 or 2010-2011 school year, you must complete units one, four, and five. 

To make up or replace a credit from the 2009-2010 or 2011-2012 school year, you must complete units two, three and six.
