The European Bioanalysis Forum is pleased to announce its first annual open meeting to be held in Barcelona on the 1st and 2nd of December 2008
The European Bioanalysis Forum (EBF) is a bioanalytical discussion group comprised of European pharmaceutical companies (26 member companies to date). The Membership shares a common vision to advance our understanding of topical concerns through discussion of scientific, technological and regulatory issues of bioanalytical interest.
To reach out to the broader European and Global bioanalytical community, EBF is organising their first Open Symposium. Pharma and Biotech companies, CRO’s, academia and instrument vendors are invited to attend this open symposium to exchange scientific ideas and information on topical issues of mutual concern in an atmosphere which facilitates the interactive participation of the attendees.
This year the symposium will include sessions on Assay Validation (both small and large molecules), Metabolite Quantification, Instrumentation Developments, Protein Quantification and Immunogenicity Testing in a programme which covers the spectrum from Small to Large Molecules. Experts and world opinion leaders will be invited as keynote speakers.

Registration : A registration fee of 250 euros (150 euros for academia) will cover all conference meals and presentation materials. Details regarding the registration process will be posted here soon.
Hotel Information : The conference hotel is the Barcelona Hilton. Reservations for the meeting should be made directly with the hotel at the special conference discount rate of 185 Euros. The reservations should be made by 01 September 2008, after which accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
