Reasonably comfortable, but it does dig in around the underarms and makes my chest hurt after a while though. The velcro can also itch and it's quite hot. On the plus side the fabric under the binding area is quite soft and stretchy so has quite a lot of give around the stomach area and shoulders so I can move really easily in it.
Effectiveness: 4/5
Effective compared to other methods I've used. I have to 'adjust' them to get things to sit right when I put it on, and it does leave me looking like I have massive pecs sometimes, but overall it does the job quite easily. The long stretchy fabric is perfect to tuck into trousers so it doesn't roll up, and that also keeps things laying flat too.
Discreetness: 4/5
It's pretty well hidden. There isn't much of a mark where I wear it, although wearing tight tops is a no-no because the bit where the velcro goes together will show. I ordered a slightly too small size, so when I pull the velcro across to close it I'm left with a little bit of a flap where it overhangs. Tucking it in also stops it hanging out from under T-shirts.

I'm happy I bought this one, though it does leave a few things to be desired. Cost me around $50 so a little on the steep end of things, and took around 2 weeks to arrive to the UK.
