Yoga Guidelines:

1. Come to class on an empty stomach.

2. Make sure you enough water in your system. You may want to bring a water bottle with you into class. Sealed bottles only please. Do not bring cups into the studio.

3. If at anytime you feel faint or dizzy, lie down immediately.

4. Always stand or rise slowly and deliberately. If you have low blood pressure, heart conditions or dehydration you may feel dizzy upon rising from a sitting or crouching position.

5. Refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes or lotions.

6. Wear comfortable clothing. Shoe are not necessary but clean feet are! It is normal to practice with bare feet. We encourage everyone to be aware of personal hygiene to ensure the well being of everyone.

7. Please buy and use a yoga or "sticky" mat for best results.

8. Bikram yoga classes are for adults. Please do not bring young children into the studio.

1. 空腹上课。

2. 确保您的身体不要缺水，可以自带水瓶到课堂上，但要确保是密封的，请不要带纸杯到瑜珈室。

3. 如果您感到无力、头晕请立即平躺。

4. 总要保持慢慢上升和停止的姿势。如果您出现低血压、心脏问题或是脱水时感到晕眩，请您从坐垫上慢慢起身或是盘腿坐下。

5. 禁止穿戴有香味的物品括使用的润肤乳。

6. 要保证穿着舒适。不需要穿鞋但脚要保持干净,因为练习瑜珈一般都是光脚的。我们会让每个学员都注意自己的卫生来从而确保有良好的学习环境。同时不要穿袜子以免滑倒。

7.为了达到最好的效果建议准备一个瑜珈垫或者是防滑的垫子。

8.我们的瑜珈课程主要面向成人。为了未成年人的安全和健康请不要带其进入瑜珈室。
