FoodGPS/Eating L.A.'s May 30 Highland Park Bike Bender When: Saturday May 30, 2:00 p.m. - 6 p.m. ![]() Who: Riders over 21 only please. This tour will have a limited amount of vegetarian options. What: There will be three to four food stops and bonus insider stops (sites to be revealed later), ending at the Verdugo Bar for a craft beer party.Yes, there will be spoke cards! Where: Starting at the Gold Line Heritage Square Station (3545 Pasadena Ave. Highland Park) at 1:30 and leave at 2. Look for a large group of bikes. We will pass out bracelets to everyone who paid and go through safety tips. We will cover about 10 easy miles with frequent stops for food and drink. Bring: Bike in good working order, helmet, water, ID, about $15-20 for food.
Rolling: Also, red lights: we will be obeying traffic rules when and where we can. Remember we are not breaking any laws by biking in the street. And though we are not traffic cops, we may attract their attention. Be smart. We are not liable for any injury or accident.
