This is an established event in the Runners World calendar in support of Sue Ryder Care - St. Johns  Hospice. We bring you a choice of two run distances, 10k and 5k. Both are mainly "multi-terrain" on paths along a very attractive river and across fields within the area known as the Biddenham River Loop. For those that have no desire to run we also encourage a sponsored walk following the same course as the 5k run.
- 10k run starts 11:00
- 5k run starts 10:45
- 5k sponsored walk starts 11:00
Both runs and the walk start and finish at the Biddenham Pavilion.
The runs will be operated under UK Athletics rules and this is a Bronze graded event. The courses will be well signed and marshaled. Medical cover will be provided through St John's Ambulance.

Runners of all abilities are welcome but please note the minimum ages on the application form which are 13 years for the 5k and 15 years for the 10k.
The car park is at Biddenham Upper School. Parking on the roads around the pavilion and within the village will jeopardize the future of the event - please use the parking that we have organised and allow for the 10/15 minutes to walk from the car park to the start.
