Using the web site, you can share your ideas and can get suggestions from mentors All over the word. 2. Finnish red cross society: http://valmiustietokanta.vapepa.fi Drupal, PHP, Apache, MySQL, Linux. Description: This is a web site for the Finnish Red Cross society, the live site is static, and its converted to Drupal 6.x based site so it can be a dynamic web site. This is a kind of private site, where users who have proper privileges and registered with main site, can login to this site. This site offers activity reports of different organization affiliated and working with Finnish Red Cross Society. This site has custom built report modules having custom form interface integrating Ajax with form API. The modules show and hide fields based on a selection of a value in previous field. The site was previously built with ASP and we needed to convert it to Open source platform and Drupal was the most suitable for it. The site also features custom theme template to display reports which can then directly printed on a paper and can be exported as pdf file too. With all the security and functionality integration, the site is working very nicely at present. 3. Online Finnish travel magazine: http://mondo.fi Drupal, PHP, Apache, MySQL, Linux. Description: This is an online travel magazine web site in both Finnish and English language, developed in Drupal CMS 5.5. The main features of the web site are: stories about a place a user has visited and added to the website, Place count for an individual user as well as places s/he visited are displayed as a link on one’s profile page, online forum for registered users, quick memories for a place or location, external links related to the location. Also the web site features an Ajax based navigation system where user can access all the countries on a layer without needing to reload the page.
4. Network Marketing: http://www.globalwealthclub.biz PHP, Apache, MySQL Description: This is a Network marketing web site which sells tour package to its users. It is a 2X3 matrix system in which the recently joined members are put at the bottom level of the matrix and the user needs to sell this tour package to at least two other people to move up word in the matrix. The user is given a replica of the site from which a new user can buy a tour package. The seller is provided with some marketing tools like web site banner which he/she can display on the message board or on his/her website. The use can track the down line.
5. Volume based web cart: http://www.1kg.us PHP, Apache, MySQL Description: The 1kg.us is a web cart which has 49 products. 1kg.us differs from other web cart in that it allows its users to select a shipping option based on the total volume of the products the user has in the cart. User may want the cart to select the most appropriate shipping method automatically for an individual item. The shipping destination can be worldwide. The payment for the purchase is made through PayPal. There many other websites which I have developed commercially but have not authorized to publish on my portfolio as per non-discloser agreement with my clients. |
