| Does the title mean anything to you? Or, are you the kind of person who is more than eager to say this to yourself?
If you lack self-confidence
and have low self-esteem, you surely have less or don't have a social
life. This is because you don't have enough courage to meet other
people.
Lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem could be rooted from a poor or no communication skills. What you should do is to learn how to talk. Integrate to as many people as you could. But choose only the people you can trust. If you think cannot trust anybody, start with family members or professional therapists. Have a positive outlook in life and self - Create a mindset that would make you feel better everyday. This would make you see the life and yourself in a positive way. How to do it? Start your day with a smile. Although it may seem corny to you, but starting your day on a positive manner would make the rest of the day pleasant and light.
The opposite of self-confidence is self-consciousness so if you want to build self-confidence,
you should learn how to leave your self-consciousness behind. To do
this, you must not focus your attention on the fear of humiliation and
criticism. Instead, divert your thinking to good things in life. Talk
to yourself and
Eat well, get enough rest, and exercise. These three would make you
feel better inside and out - for me the emphasis is on exercise. I find
this lets you expell your stress and leaves you feeling relaxed with
good positive thoughts, no matter how bad the day has been. |
