I worked (2010/11) as the Design Team Leader for the Updated Feasibility Study of Kabeli A hydroelectric project (37.6 MW) which is located in Far Eastern Region of Nepal. Our team at Hydro Consult Pvt. Ltd. successfully completed the study in a very short duration to meet the stringent deadline. The reports were already approved by the GoN and were received by the World Bank. The study involved interactions with many national and international experts with renowned Panel of Experts. After returning from Japan in 2007 after completion of Master's Degree at the University of Tokyo, I worked at BPC as a Structural Engineer. As a structural Engineer, I worked in the study and design of Upper Mai HEP (9.8 MW), Nyadi HEP (20 MW), Khudi HEP (4 MW) repair and modification, Marsyangdi III HEP feasibility study and some more. After completion of my Bachelor's degree in 2061, I had worked at BPC for about 8 months till I left for pursuing master's study. At that time, I was involved in the feasibility study of Jumdi and Haluwa Small Hydropower Projects. |
