Weed Control on Crown lands

At the Northern Fire Protection Zone Captains' meeting held at Rum Jungle today, SFCO Andrew Turner advised that volunteer brigade members who undertake to control declared weeds, e.g. gamba and mission grass, or to maintain fire breaks on Crown Lands in their area can receive assistance from Bushfires NT with herbicides and spraying equipment.
