Services

My birth doula package includes:

• Initial, no-commitment, consultation at any time during your pregnancy to get to know each other and discuss your vision for your birth.
• $50 discount on my Hypnobabies Childbirth Education Course for mom and birth partner.
• Two or more prenatal appointments in the 3rd trimester to get further aquainted, write a birth preferences sheet (birth plan), and talk about any fears, concerns, or special needs.
• I will be on-call to provide support for your baby's birth from 38 weeks until the birth. If you begin labor earlier than 38 weeks I will do everything I can to attend your birth.
• Care after the birth to help the new family get settled and facilitate breastfeeding.
• Access to my lending library of pregnancy, birth, baby care, and breastfeeding books, videos, and magazines. 
• 24hr phone support for questions and concerns.
• Written birth time line.
• One or more postpartum visits (including a meal for your family) to answer questions, go over the birth, support breastfeeding, and admire your new baby!

    Pricing

    My doula fee is $450 ($400 for my Hypnobabies students). I        am open to discussing payment plans, reduced fees, and            tradework as well because I believe that every woman/couple     who wants a doula should have one.
