Work Out World Health Club holds a grand opening in La Mirada, Calif. Thursday afternoon Feb. 25, 2010. This 4,000 sq. ft. gym has a women's only gym room, the best cardio and strength training equipment called the Matrix, a fitness classroom and steamed saunas in the restrooms. The gym is a clean and affordable luxury, ongoing maintenance of the cardio and strength training machines, and is a family focused and female focused gym, Director of Work Out World Patricia Kearney says.
