I'm a real dumbbell!
I'm a real dumbbell!
Last week I took this photo to remind myself to to buy an 8 and a 10 pound dumbbell. I had 5, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells. I need to exercise my upper body. After four months of almost no non-aerobic exercise, I really need to strengthen my muscles, and I have to start with low weights and work my way up the scale. Now, as soon as the room stops spinning I will be OK..;)) I hope to go to Carondelet's St. Joseph Hospital Cardiac Rehab facility tomorrow. The anti-motion-sickness drug is pretty effective. I hope I don't fall asleep on the treadmill...;)) Forgive me for not interacting on Flickr for a while... I miss you all, your wonderful stories, your photo gems, and your other creations!!! I have been stuck at home with a viral inner ear infection... I've had them before. There is no cure. I have been assured it goes away in 14 days if you treat it, and in two weeks if you don't. I do take an anti-motion-sickness tablet that is effective at stopping the room from spinning. It is also an effective soporific, so it puts me to sleep. I find it hard to look at a computer screen for more than a few minutes... Either the room spins or I fall asleep, depending on the dosage... IMG_1707 - Version 2

Impulse buy
The tension on my old friend, Elliptical quit when we got home from Christmas. While at Costco on Dec 30, we picked up this commercial grade treadmill for a great price. If you are going to impulse buy, why not a treadmill? nordictrack c 1900 treadmill
