Lots of ideas for healthy living, along with nutritious recipes for snacks, breakfasts, entrees, and desserts. Light cover wear.

I successfully executed the refreshingly simple recipe from Rick Bayless' Mexican Everyday cookbook. I was quite proud of my cilantro-lime rice as well--I just threw some lime zest into the rice cooker with the jasmine rice. Next time, I'll add the cilantro after cooking. But overall, a good meal.
