There's another one I'm supposed to do that involves handwriting. I'll get to it. 1. I don't like the number 16. I also don't like 17. So I will be telling you 18 things about myself. 2. I am really, really bad at keeping in contact with people. 3. I have never owned a car and don't want one. 5. I was an only child, raised by my father until he died when I was 9 1/2 years old. 6. I have only one living family member. Everyone else is dead or I wish they were. 7. I moved out on my own at 16. 8. I went to community college instead of high school and I'm very glad I did. 9. I've had more piercings than I can remember. I did most of them myself. I only have my ears pierced now. Three in each. 10. My first Manic Panic hair color was Alpine Green in 1992. I was 15. 11. I refused to let anyone near me from 1996 until 2002 when I met my husband. 12. I have never tried an illegal drug even though most of my friends growing up pursued them like a career goal. 13. I am not a hugger. The only people who are allowed to hug me are my husband and relatives from my dad's side of the family. If anyone else tries to hug me it is awkward. Don't. 14. I don't have any tattoos. 15. I have the worst eating habits of anyone I know. 16. I've never had a cavity or a broken bone. I've never even sprained, torn or twisted anything. 17. I thought I would have a dozen children by now, but dogs and chinchillas have made good replacements as far as satisfying my need to nurture. 18. Uh huh, yep, that's how cool I am. From Friday. I spent the weekend in Reykjavik with my friends and it was so much fun. It was fantastic. :D We had a fabulous time at the huge dance thing Friday night, it's almost all 13-16 year olds in Iceland in one place. I think we were about 4500-5000. Anyway, we had a blast being together at my friend's apartment in Reykjavik. Ah, the adventures. For example, we met the creepiest bus driver ever and danced at the bus stop, singing Filthy Gorgeous by Scissor sisters. AND: at the dance, I got CHEWING GUM in my hair. It was disgusting. Oh well, back to the real world. I guess I still have to go to school tomorrow. Why the hell is it still winter!?!? We had ONE snowless day last week. Then, minutes after I expressed my happiness about the lack of snow (on Flickr, even), it started snowing again. Day 67 of 366
