International software & management consulting firm (ISMC) that provides production and manufacturing firms with the key personnel to optimize and streamline their SAP Supply Chain Management is looking for consultants to work with firm’s senior level management to develop innovative solutions to their supply chain management problems.

Senior SAP Systems Analyst Consultant

The Senior SAP Systems Analyst Consultant position works closely with ISMC's founder
and thought leader to analyze existing SAP implementations identifying flaws, un-needed “workarounds” and opportunities for improvement. 

This is a senior position and consultants in the position make presentations to C-level  management to propose and evaluate alternative business solutions. 

This position requires very different thinking from the typical "SAP Implementation Consultant"
mindset.  ISMC delivers huge costs savings for companies by improving their supply chain
management through optimal use of SAP.

Requirements:

   Candidates should understand principles of change management and be able to effectively lead workshops that get team members on board with new processes.  Strong people and public speaking skills are a must.
   
   Candidates need a deep enough understanding, at a detailed level, of how SAP module(s) are customized and configured, and must be able to use this knowledge to evaluate existing SAP implementations and develop solutions for using the system better.

   Candidates need a deep enough understanding of SAP and Supply Chain to enable them to understand and assist customers in transitioning off workarounds and embrace full use of SAP.

   Candidates need to be able to think outside the box and be willing to learn new techniques and procedures to optimize SAP Supply Change Management. 

   Candidate should have a thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts including: “theory of constraints” and push/pull, value stream analysis and lean manufacturing principles.

   At a minimum, 3 or more years of experience working with one or more of the following SAP
modules: Demand Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Procurement, Project
Systems, and Production.

Duties & Responsibilities

   Analyzing existing SAP implementations, devising and implementing strategies to optimize SAP Supply Chain Management systems to provide huge cost savings for customers.

   Conducting presentations to senior management describing alternatives and propose solutions in such a way that management is fully on board.

   Conducting workshops with team members and customer representatives to bring them on board with the proposed solutions.

   Implementing SAP Supply Chain Management solutions.

   Position requires travel and work on-site at various customer locations.

   German language skills a plus.
