I slept too much today but I feel refreshed and it was needed...I wish I'd given myself more time for photos but my room needed to be gutted of all the junk in it (and I only finished halfway). Other than that and a few minor irritations from people my day has been rather dandy...now on to my "secret": Secret #4 See, the knifes go on the left with the forks in between them and the small spoons with the larger spoons to the far right...Now, the knives are all male and have a dangerous desire to be with the small spoons which like the large spoons are all female and the forks (who are also male) are there to protect the small spoons from the knives while the big spoons to the far right are often alone, too big to be used much and often jealous of how the the forks protects the small spoons and the knives want the spoons...And that my darlings, is how my brain works...I have to constantly separate these utensils into this order otherwise I spazz out a little. I can wash them all together sure, but not let them all sit together out of order. They each get their own little section in the drawers, dishwasher, when they dry, whatever... I do this with 99% of everything. Inanimate objects all have a gender and even a sexuality and a purpose. I've always seen things this way and I blame television because I think I only became this way after I would see those old vintage cartoons, you know the ones with dancing toasters and how everything would come to life when humans left. I swear, it's very OCD of me...Also numbers have the same rules as above when it comes to gender and sexuality as do colors...okay, my brain hurts :D **Bonus Secret: I won't use any of these kitchen utensils...I can't stand metal in mouth and I keep a secret stash of plastic spoons and forks for myself :D *side note* yes i washed them all after i did this photo outside...and i had to them outside for the best lighting...
