I sit in front of the treadmill where I can keep an eye on the dog while he is walking. Some times I'll be reading, watching tv, or on the computer while waiting so I can macximize my time. This has been a blessing when I have been sick or it is too hot here in Phoenix Az (Not seen - I can also sort iron my laundry or even do my stretching or other exervises as well)
