Once you are accepted as a Global Cruising licensee you will immediately benefit from our comprehensive 2 day training programme.

This covers in detail the business, the market and the opportunity together with the corporate branding that is Global Cruising & Bespoke Exclusive Cruises. Any national initiatives that succeed in growing the club and sell cruise products are passed onto the regional businesses to create a network to succeed. These initiatives coupled with the licensee’s creativity will mean the creation and growth of a successful Voyager Club. Cruise operators support independent agents both in providing marketing literature and also financially when promoting their products within  any local sales/ marketing initiatives and events.

FREE Ship visits and FAM (familiarisation) trips to allow you to experience training with various brands, ships and opportunities.

Access to cruise line online educational training programmes – with incentives for completion.

2 extra full days of training in your first 3 months by either Global Cruising MD Martin Greenslade or Franchise & Commercial Director Tony Childs.

Support of a Franchise Director for advice and ideas

Dedicated Head Office booking support, customer service and administration team.

HOW DO I FIND MY CUSTOMERS?
Once you have completed the training course we will provide you with access to an initial regional database of ex passengers. You can introduce the new Voyager Club to this database to establish an initial core membership. Global Cruising will provide you with an initial stock of marketing literature to aid direct mail initiatives. Global Cruising will forward national leads generated by our websites and also  our national brand marketing initiatives. This will assist you in gaining valuable experience in dealing with customers over the telephone and selling cruise. You will be given use of a sub domain website eg  www.bristol.globalcruising.co.uk

Global Cruising and Cruise Operators will provide you with marketing literature to promulgate to your regional market. Referrals and recommendations is an efficient way to grow the Voyager Club. Once you have handled a customers booking efficiently this gives you the competitive advantage over other agents. The cruise market has a high repeat passenger rate.

In business there are no guarantees of success, however it is in the best interests of Global Cruising to ensure all licensees are successful. This is why we invest so much into our training and quality facilities which supports the regional businesses.
