Some Wild Boar , Pork tender loan was Cooked for some GREAT Samples---------- Want to say thanks to Chris (one of our bowmen/or Robin's merry men) for bringing the wild hog meat for a taste. Although I did read in the paper where his neighbor was missing a pet pig. Maybe I didn't hear him correctly and he said it was MILD hog. Whatever it was, it was great stuff. A lot of us were talking about sending a team of Robin's men out to get another wild hog and bring the meat up to the pits for a nice long day of bar-b-q and socializing at the pits. We need to look at doing that when it starts cooling down (or we may need to go to Alaska). But we will do this.
