COOKING CORN ON GRILL - RUN YOUR CAR ON COOKING OIL Cooking Corn On Grill
wings 'n' corn, on the grill Marinade: 1/2 straight teriyaki sauce, 1/2 either Lawry's Sesame Ginger Marinade or Stonewall Kitchen's Sesame Ginger Teriyaki sauce (both are fantastic), pepper to taste, and about a tsp. (more or less to taste) of Zatarain's Extra Spicy Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil. (Don't get the regular crab boil stuff in the small box, make sure it's the extra spicy. Hubby swears there is a huge difference in taste!) Measurements depend on how many wings you're doing. Mix this stuff up in a ziplock bag and add your thawed chicken wings, marinate for a couple hours, overnight if you're able. Get your fire just right and put the wings in a black fry pan (cast iron) with about a can of beer & boil for about 20 - 30 minutes or until cooked (again, depending on the size of the wings and the amount it will vary). When they're close to done remove the wings from the pan and put them in one of those metal cooking baskets, let the flames from your fire just lick 'em for a few minutes each side. Amazing!
