18 Mar - The Cookery Year My favourite cookbook, by Readers Digest. I'm not really one for fancy celebrity chef cookbooks. Not the newer crowd of chefs anyway. I have Floyd on France, an Anton Mosimann and a couple of Rick Stein books. No, this is the book I keep coming back to, both for recipe ideas (the most gorgeous blinis for a start) and for reference as it contains a glossary of cooking terms in the back, as well as descriptions of all the different cuts of meat and how to carve at the front of the book.
