1. get your cooking equipment 2. ingredients: bacon, parmesan, two small onions, one egg, parsley, pasta, salt & pepper 3. separate the egg and put the egg yolk in a bowl 4. rasp a lot of parmesan into the bowl 5. stir egg yolk and parmesan 6. get the two onions and a sharp knife 7. cut the onions into small pieces 8. remove the hard rind from the bacon 9. cut the bacon into pieces 10. well done ;-) 11. pour some olive oil into a preheated pan 12. give all of the bacon into the pan 13. after the bacon is roasted add the onions 14. give the salt into a pot with boiling water 15. throw the pasta into the pot 16. deglaze the bacon and onions with some spoons of your pasta water 17. gently toss the content of your pan 18. add some parsley (better use fresh ones if you have) 19. add a little bit of pasta water to the bowl with pamesan and stir everything quickly 20. add some pepper to the mixture 21. give the drained pasta into the pan 22. gently mix everything up 23. give the pasta and sauce into the bowl 24. mix up everything quickly to prevent the egg yolks from curdling 25. dress the pasta in a deep plane Buon appetito!
